Your privacy matters to us.
Anything you share with us is treated with care, respect, and confidentiality. You do not need to use your
real name, submissions can be completely anonymous. We do not share or misuse your words. Letters are read
thoughtfully, kept secure, and used only for the purpose of this project. Some letters, shared with your
permission, may be published anonymously on our
website to offer comfort and
encouragement to others.
Letters written in distress or shared for private support are never
published. If
you
choose to leave contact details, they will only be used if you have asked us to respond. We may not
always be able to reply, and we are unable to engage in ongoing conversations. This space is not a crisis or
emergency support service. If you are struggling right now or feel unsafe,
reaching out to a trusted person or a local support service can really help.
If you ever wish for your submission to be removed, you can contact us and we will do our best to honour that request.
